Welcome to northern Tanzania, a wonderful land of endless adventures. Welcome to Arusha, a tourist hotspot. We will begin the safari adventures as soon as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will meet your safari guide from Karibu la Kossa, who will welcome you and take you to Arusha for dinner and overnight. You will arrive at your accommodation to take a shower and enjoy your meals. After dinner, you will have time to discuss the next day's activities with your safari guide, then head to your rooms to rest and relax after a full day of flying and travel. Take this opportunity to prepare for the next day's safari and enjoy your first night on African soil.
DAY 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we will drive to Tarangire. This vast park, with its baobabs, the perennial Tarangire River, and its seasonal swamps, is home to the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. The animals gather near the river, and you will see elephants, giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, dik-diks, waterbucks, warthogs, and reedbucks throughout the year. Additionally, the park is also home to buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests, which are always closely followed by a range of predators such as lions. Leopards are occasionally spotted, but cheetahs are rarely seen. From the vehicle's pop-up roof, you can admire the landscape and observe the animals. Then, we will drive to the lodge in Mto wa Mbu, where you will have the opportunity to discover and learn the local traditional dance.

DAY 3: NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA AND CRATER
After an early breakfast, we will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, as it is the best time to observe the animals. On this day, we will enjoy a safari around the crater and stop for a picnic lunch by a small lake inside the park. This lake is home to many hippos and migratory birds, so you are sure to enjoy the visit! Thanks to the animal "oasis" created in the crater, there is a high possibility of seeing each member of the Big Five. This group includes some of Africa's most powerful animals: the fierce lion, the large elephant, the stealthy leopard, the charging rhinoceros, and the mighty water buffalo. The Ngorongoro Crater is truly an amazing place. Did you know it formed over two million years ago? A large volcano erupted, causing the volcano to collapse but leaving a perfectly intact crater known as a caldera.
In this incredible crater, you can expect to see playful zebras, wading hippos, speedy wildebeests, and laughing hyenas. Additionally, there are graceful flamingos along the soda lake, while hungry hawks and vultures soar in the sky looking for their next meal from abandoned carcasses. Beautiful storks, ibises, and cranes are popular water birds in the crater, a sight not to be missed. After a delightful afternoon of animal watching, we will also visit a Maasai boma to learn more about the Maasai culture, seeing them dance and sing beautiful moral songs. You will also have the opportunity to practice some local activities with the Maasai families before returning to Karatu for accommodation.

The caves were formed about 150 million years ago during the Jurassic period. They cover an area of 234 square kilometers. According to researchers, the region was underwater about 20 million years ago. It is believed that the caves originally extended over 200 km or more. In total, there are ten caves, but only one is used for guided tours.
